On Oct 5th I got award the Seven Years of Services Medals. However I didn't get the associated 7 merits. I though I would wait a couple weeks and hope they show up but its been 4 weeks and nothing yet. Can you please re-issue the merits for these medals? Thanks!
Thanks for replying so quickly. I'm not a 100% sure how to get you the numbers you need. This is what I have from my MERITS page:

I see what you are trying to do, to add up the earned vs used/spent. However I am 100% sure that they were not issued as having 7 additional merits would be very noticeable to me as I spend them right away.

I just checked and can confirm that it is the award is present on my profile. However I didn't get an "event" nor did I get credited a merit. Usually I use both of those as indicators that I've received the award.
