Flip Ledger is a personal, all-in-one profit tracker for Torn players who trade through several channels and want to see their actual profit, not just sales totals.

It was created to address the lack of a comprehensive approach in similar tools. Rather than tracking only one type of activity, Flip Ledger brings purchases, sales, costs and profits from many Torn channels into one consistent ledger.

Built for mixed workflows: track Market, Bazaar, travel, packs, Auction House, mugging, Bunker and trade activity without splitting your profit analysis between multiple spreadsheets, notes or single-purpose tools.

Understand your results

• Dashboard: total, today, 7-day, 14-day and 30-day profit tiles; profit-over-time charts with 7D/30D/90D/All ranges (plus a Custom date option) and Daily/Cumulative views.
• Channel breakdown: compare profit from market, bazaar, trade, abroad, NPC, packs, Auction House, Bunker, Crimes, Points Market and Museum activity, with Weapon/Armor broken out into its own bucket.
• Item analysis: browse every traded item by category, see your top five profit-makers and biggest losses, then jump into the relevant records.
• Review queue: quickly find entries Torn cannot auto-price — such as barter or multi-item trades without Weav3r recipt — and correct them.
• Shareable report: generate a profit report ready to copy and paste into chat, so you can easily share or show off your results.

Flexible logs and matching

Logs give you a full history of synced and manually entered records. Filter by channel or entries that need review, exclude personal-use entries from profit with the Counted toggle (selectable in bulk now), and open matching player-trade entries directly on Torn.

Use the Terminal to add manual buys and sales — especially useful for player trades that Torn logs cannot price automatically, or for setting a cost basis for inventory you already owned before tracking.

For stockpiled items, manual matching lets you link exact buy and sell records at the prices you actually paid and received rather than relying solely on FIFO. UID-based weapons and armour also include instance-level tracking, with item status, quality, bonuses, rarity and per-instance profit.

Historical import

Find out what you earned before installing it.

You do not need to start tracking from today. Flip Ledger can analyse historical Torn logs available through the API. The normal auto-sync covers a recent history window, while Premium users can use Pull logs from a specific date to backfill older history.

Choose an earlier date, sync your history and see the actual profit from a previous days, months, years, — without reconstructing it by hand from old logs. 
*Sync of 1 year of logs takes about 10-15 minutes. Just leave the tab open and let the app do it's magic.

Advanced channel support

Abroad: browse items bought while travelling and analyse profit by country with interactive filters.

Packs: track items received from Supply Packs, wallets and similar random-reward items, then attribute realised profit to the packs channel once sold. Includes profit-by-pack analysis.

Big Al's Bunker: follow weapons and armour scrapped for Bunker Bucks, the cash basis rolled into BB lots, cache purchases and the recovery of that basis when cache contents are sold.

Buy-mug discounts: if you buy from someone and mug them within your configured window, the stolen cash can be allocated back against eligible purchases costs using proportional or equal allocation.

Museum & Points Market: donate a full item set at the Museum and sell the points on the Points Market — real net profit for that whole loop, not just points earned. Buying and selling points directly is tracked too.

Crimes: items gained from a successful crime are tracked at $0 cost, same as Packs, so profit shows up once you sell them.

Weav3r & TornExchange receipt integration

Multi-item player trades are difficult to price automatically because Torn logs a single lump-sum value rather than assigning a price to each item. Flip Ledger supports weav3r.dev receipts to solve this.

Add your optional Weav3r API key in Settings and matching receipts can be attached automatically during sync. You can also paste a receipt ID or link manually on the relevant trade row. TornExchange works the same way as a second, optional receipt source.

Google Drive sync and backups

Optional Google Drive synchronisation lets you use the same ledger on multiple devices. The app backs your data up in your own Google Drive account, so a second device can pick it up without copying files manually.

There is also a manual JSON backup/export and restore option. Re-importing the same backup is safe because records are merged by ID.

Google Drive sync and backup/export require an active trial or Premium access.

Invite friends

Share Flip Ledger and earn Premium time.

Open the Upgrade page (labelled License in the app), copy your personal referral link and share it with other Torn players. When someone joins through your link, their referral is recorded once for their account.

After that player makes their first qualifying Premium payment, you receive 7 extra days of Premium access. Referral rewards are intended for genuine invitations and may be denied for self-referrals, abuse or blocked accounts.

API key, data and privacy

Your API key and data remain under your control.

Flip Ledger accepts a Custom Key with just the selections it needs (profile, log, items, logtypes, logcategories, torn) — no need to hand over a Full Access key, though those work too. The login page can generate a pre-filled Custom Key link for you.

• Your API key is sent to our server only once, at login, to verify it with Torn. It is never stored, logged or shared, and is discarded immediately after that check — it is not sent to our server again after login.
• Your Torn logs and calculated profit data are stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB, never on our server.
• If you opt in to Drive sync, your backup is written only to a hidden folder in your own Google Drive account; we cannot view or access it.
• No trade data, API logs or calculated profit data are stored on our server.
• The server stores only a small record tied to your Torn user ID to track trial/licence expiry. Your Torn user ID and name — !not your API key! — are used only to verify access status.

How to extend Premium access

I found something weird, when doing Burglary- when i click "lazy" once it is ok, but when i click it twice it does not work and redirects me to scrip forum thread. Any Idea why?

Museum exchange tracking, per-operation profit & a batch of fixes.

OPEN FLIP LEDGER USER MANUAL

✓ Faction points, tracked automatically: points sent to you via a faction "give points" transfer now show up on the Museum tab with no setup needed — same points channel as a real donation.

✓ Manual / friend exchange: traded a full set to a friend for $0 so they could run it through their own museum? The Museum tab lists it under a one-click "Mark as museum exchange" button. Anything that's not a clean whole set gets manual item entry — search item-by-item, or paste the trade line straight from Torn's Events/Log page and every item and quantity gets parsed out in one go.

✓ Counted toggle added to the Museum tab's Recent exchanges and to the Logs page for a marked trade — exclude a duplicate or unrelated row from your totals without deleting it, un-check it back any time.

✓ Settings: "Sync now" is now "Re-check full history" — re-applies the latest tracking logic across your whole synced window, so activity an earlier version of the app didn't yet support gets picked up. Doesn't touch or delete anything already recorded.

🐛 Fixed: a batch of correctness issues in the new Museum exchange flow — pasted trade lines with thousand-separator quantities (e.g. "1,000x") parsing correctly, adding the same item twice no longer silently drops one of the quantities, and a few edge cases around unmarking/re-marking a trade.

Already synced before this update? None of the above applies retroactively on its own — a normal sync only looks forward from where you left off. Head to Settings and hit "Re-check full history" once to catch anything the previous version missed. It's safe to run any time and there's no need to wipe your data or start a fresh sync.

A new update has just gone live. It includes several backend improvements and an updated manual.Tomorrow, I’ll probably release another update featuring almost all of the suggestions submitted by current users. It will be the biggest update since the app launched! :)
