Long story trying to be short. My former faction Darkstar Haven paired up against Dembusters in a war Late November 2025. They were stronger. The negotiations were hard but agreed on 3000-1000 lose for DS. Leader of DS, who is strongest by far of 80m gets fed. I was the vice and 2nd strongest of 150k. Enemy leader, Levygaming, comes back quickly before I even realized that the leader was fed to re-negotiate. Another hard negotiation. We agree 3000-320. It was shitty deal but i didn't care. Just wanted the war to be over cause of the fed. Levy wanted war to be over in 24 hours. We agree to chain twice for DS, at the start of the war on Friday evening and then on Saturday afternoon. War starts, and his players attack us twice, spoiling our chain. Levy is not around. I complain and yes, I delayed the chain untill they stopped attacking us. But we got through the first chain with no issues again. One of his members reported me to Levy that I delayed the chain. Forgetting to mention they attacked us during the chain. And on Saturday morning, for no reason, he throws words at me, calling me a "Whiny child" for like the 3rd time since the beginning of our negotiation talks as I overlooked the others. I am done with his insults and insult him back. In my words "how is it possible you told your team about our chain, and they attack us? 0 IQ." The IQ statement was for him cause he kept throwing insults at me. He then told his team I called all of them low IQ which was as manipulative as his member saying I delayed chain for no reason. And when we were meant to be getting ready for our 2nd chain on Saturday afternoon, his members start to hospitalize me the current leader of DS organizing my team to lose for them. I messaged 6 of them but no response for hours as they kept hospitalizing me until one of them told me Levy said I mentioned they have no IQ. So what can I do then? I told my guys "looks like the term is off and they can do what they want". To note, they were already in the lead cause they chained after us so it's not like we were trying to run away with a win or anything. The war is now dragged till Sunday before the Vice comes and pleads with me to end it cause it was definitely heading to Monday, a week day. I accept the vice reasoning because he seemed like a cool guy. This was after promises from Levy to make my life hard. I still followed my word to the vice and we med out for them and end it on Sunday. Levygaming, who vice says is a good guy 😂, still follows up with his promise. Over 3 muggings, 4 personal hospitalizations and over 60 bounties in the space of 36 hours. I really didn't care. 

Since November, he has gone to meet my opponents in war to render help for them against us even when our opponents said no. If I am lying, ask "CEM 3". Ask "Becca. He has been randomly attacking me at his free will. But when he hospitalized me today and I placed one bounty on him, my first ever retaliation on him, not minding the 60 he placed on me, he says I live rent free in his head and the community will attack me and know me as a term breaker. Someone who has already placed 15 bounties on me as of 10am TCT today.

I am just here as a sane person to ask others, did I break the term as that is the reason for his hate?

1. Did we agree to a score for DS to lose and my team will chain on Friday night and Saturday afternoon? My answer yes

2. Did his members attack us on Friday when we were to chain? My answer yes

3. Some words were thrown at each other but was I constantly hospitalized, not even "left", and my messages ignored when we were meant to be getting ready for out final chain on Saturday? My answer Yes

4. Did I ask my faction to do whatever they wanted when they kept hospitalizing me and ignoring my messages. My answer yes.

So my question, did I break the term as he so persists today or was it his faction? 

If I see more "neutral" answers that I am wrong, I will accept and apologize. But if not, as of today, he won't randomly remember me and use me how he likes. I will do my best to fight back. Because why was a 400m(600m) guy beefing and bullying a 150k(500k) guy?

Obviously I would need help but even if I don't get, I'll still try. He can either move on with his life is he has one or use his energy to be an actual bully and not a convenient one.

Again, for those that take time to read and reply, TY and sorry for bad English. I know these forums have a way of backfiring but at this point, I need just need to know if I was at fault

But I've been RW with my faction for 5months in silver and recently just gold. We recruited a member who just temporarily came out of retirement (4b stats). Our highest is about 300m. The member played 2 RW with us. One win and one loss and went back to retirement, and now we can't enlist 🤷🤷. The staff have advised we can spend over 3 months to derank to basically maybe bronze 0 (which could be 7 months) to be able to enlist again.

From my little research, this is to stop "shell" factions or something. But what about a situation like this, or a bunch of top members leave. I don't think recruiting one or 2 high stat members and they leave should screw over your faction especially if it's one that relies on RW. Like literally, you can't enlist because a top member or top members left.

Big players can buy a new faction or get one in bronze and bully the little ones and have a fun ride up(i did read it is faster ranking if you have high stat players in low rank). So why can't the same be for when you lose players? Like you lose extra rank because the game feels your "hidden rank" is low. Or rather than just checking your last RW, it checks like 5 or more. I mean, if your team is weak after players leave, you will still lose and derank.

I am already a bit used to the community here so I don't expect sympathies. But it's not a great rule that takes into account different scenarios and should be looked into 🤷. There is not actually anything wrong with "low" stat players 

Enjoy your 27b in the hospital. Or maybe on a new account😂😂🤡. And hopefully one day, when you or a loved one lose your hard earned money or stuff on a technicality or w.e., I hope you don’t get it back even if the person could have just been a decent human being.

Part of the agreement was to med out for each other. So how is medding out for him compensation for your "grave error" while you set bounty on DS members calling them "idiots" for the same flying? 

The crazy part is you did this without even talking to the leader first and what's crazier is you and your members were also guilty of the crime. Did anyone bounty them and call them idiots? This is a first for me.

The funny part is when you arrived in torn, there were likely 35 members of DS in torn and DS reached their 3500 points in less than 4 hours. One would think that the fact you were upset about 2 or 3 members flying, that yours were ready to go. In 24 hours, your team didn't even muster up to 4000 points and when some DS members messaged your members to med out for them, most didn't reply or were ready 

Thedevil, there is still time to honor the agreement. We all know it's very hard to control every single member of a faction. So breaking war agreement over something you and your members were guilty of is very bad. But it's up to you 🤷

You keep mentioning virtual money, like you don't understand people use real money. 27billion is the equivalent of $5,000+. Shii if it means nothing to you, send 5grand my way... Not for torn trade obviously 😂

Just cause you don't spend real money here doesn't mean others don't. The leaders casually shrugged it off. But some factions have gone under cause of vault thieves and that's my beef with them. The article even said it. So if you dont know people that this has affected deeply, go and read about. And if you don't care, you're on the same boat with them and let's just end this talk cause you won't understand until it happens to you

What you and the lot might fail to realise is that a lot of people put their real life time into this and it affects them IN REAL LIFE. As the story said, the banker was so distraught and upset that the leaders actually had to totally forgive them not to make the person feel any worse. 

The thief might have put in months in the game but some have put years and some even put real life of 100s of dollars. I had a friend who was a leader of a faction and had the vault cleared by a thief and had to step away from the game for days to "drink" before his friends had to reach out to him in real life to come back and that it was okay and they would find a way to pay his members back. And I know at least 2 more that this affected

So for you to think this doesn't affect people in real life is funny. But hey, I am around a lot of people. I know the human nature. Those that defend this too would wish billions fell on their laps. But include them as part of the victims and you would hear a different story. 

But hey, I understand this is a crime game and half the people in posts are w.e. So they can throw their dislikes. But there is a fine line and I'll keep it how I see it. If their actions affect people, would they one day look back when it happens to them cause "injustice" happens to 99% of humans at one time in their lives 😂

Yea but they didn't tell me our current rank. Just made it sound like bronze is the best bet which would take 10weeks + 2 weeks for every derank and that's like almost 8 deranks to bronze 0. But obviously in funny think our hidden is bronze 0. TF 😂

This is literally not a good update. It's obvious some change their whole squad. What happens if a big stat join for a week or 2 and leaves cause "it's not for them"

The same squad we used to get from bronze to Gold, a big stat player came and left and now we can't enlist? It needs to be looked into.

And also, if a faction is weak cause players left, doesn't it mean they will still lose wars and derank? Battle stats is not even 50% of why teams win RW. Activity level and strategy counts more. Honestly they need to work on this
