You won't be fired for drug addictions however, if you can, please try keep it as low or to nothing at all, we understand that if you're jumping and warring that drug addictions are inevitable, but as long as you try to keep it down as much as you can, then you're cool.
BECAUSE we are such a new business, training won't be able to go forward til we've hit 1 star, after that, you will get trained, FOR FREE!! (though if you're wanting extra trains, that will cost ya ;) )
Base pay for anyone starting is $20k, which ain't too bad if you ask me!

honestly the best faction i could have hoped for, i joined when i was brand new to the game and had idea what i was doing, i asked many of stupid questions, and everyone was so helpful, it proper is like having another family with these lot, its very active and we always have some good laughs, uncle elmo and father curious are the top leader/co-leader. I doubt id have made it this far in the game if it wasnt for them and everyones help, 10/10 recommend to join <33

no this is true, people do that already, but i think without the caches it keeps it more casual for the players, it could be useful for training factions to teach people about warring/chaining during wars, the caches being kept for ranked wars would make sense with it being so competitive
Could think about doing two versions of war, ‘quick war’ that could last like, 2 days max maybe, still pick your 10/20/30 members who want to participate, you gain respect as usual but no caches, and ranked war stays the same as it is now
i feel that way it still helps those factions who aren’t heavy on warring to still gain respect for the factions upgrades rather than the only option really, being Organised Crimes
though I believe ‘quick war’ would naturally not make you rank up or down if you win or lose.. obviously
