I believe it's the cro-magnon that have the RH- blood based on their geographic location, where as neanderthals (like Joe Rogan) seem to be located further east. Currently we have quantum physics and the theory of relativity to explain our reality, but they do not work well together. Theoretical physicist are currently working on a theory of everything that can merge the two into something that can accurately predict things in both realms (macro,micro) I believe that anti matter is likely a misunderstanding that stems from our lack of this theory of everything. Once we do understand things according to the new theory I think the whole concept will disappear. Howdy, as you are aware those of us in the northern hemisphere are entering the heat of summer! The temps are rising and we are venturing outdoors, hiking, bbq, mowing the lawn, hitting the beach. I don't know about you, but for me nothing beats an ice cold glass of lemonade on a hot day! I've developed a pretty nice recipe I'd love to share with y'all.
This recipe is something I've worked on for a few years now and I think ive developed something special. I like to prepare for this recipe by fasting for the day, and doing some light calasthenics and maybe some yoga, definitely some meditation and breathing exercises. Once I've prepared my space with the proper lighting, blankets, snacks and music, I will light an incense and set my intentions.
After this I am good and ready I will prepare the lemonade. Something special I like to add is a dash of vanilla extract to really add an almost creamy balance to the flavor. The recipe is as follows.
Evad's old fashioned lemonade:
Serves 2
Ingredients:
70 grams fresh psilocybe cubensis
8 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon of citric acid powder
1 oz lemon juice
1 dash vanilla extract
Hot and cold water
Tools:
Mortar and pestle
32oz mason jar
Wood spoon
Sieve or cheese cloth for filtering
Step 1:
Muddle fresh psilocybe cubensis in a mortar and pestle, combine with lemon juice and citric acid, add enough hot (almost boiling) water to cover everything. Let sit for 15 min-20 min
Step 2:
Strain the mixture and squeeze out the juice from the pulp (the blueish color indicates high potency) and add to the jar.
In a large 32 oz mason jar add sugar and the strained juice, add cold water until jar is 3/4 full and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla extract and ice. Serve with a maraschino cherry garnish (optional)
