2* candle shop needs a body. 10k a day starting. Free rotating trains. Come apply
Not sure how difficult it would be, but could be a fun little thing if somehow the plane ID printed on the side of the plane matched your User ID. Specifically for all us PI owners where the plane is owned by us (or maybe the plane has the user ID of the island owner since most of us rent).

Some beginners may be overwhelmed with how much education there is to get. There are a LOT of really good perks to choose from, and depending on your playstyle, a lot of those are mandatory.
Some players that have 7+ years in torn (or less with proper jobs) have completed all the education. They dont have a reason to worry about being kicked out of class and have all the possible perks.
So what im proposing will cause even more confusion for new players.
Instead of trying to full rework these bachelors degrees (which tbh will upset a large number of players), lets switch it to associates degree. Keep everything as is (ok, maybe some modification to make general studies more viable). And then make a second tier of education. Must complete your associates in a field before unlocking the bachelor's degree of the same school.
So like, once you've done every class for sports science and gotten the (now called) associates degree, you may now start working on the sports science bachelors.
We /could/ be boring and copy paste some perks (like another 4 classes to increase stat gains). Or we could make slightly more powerful perks since this second degree will take longer to achieve.
This would also make room to add more education perks in the future. Masters and doctorate.
The main idea is to keep the old players having things to do. At some point, you finish all crimes, 100 the top OC, have so much money flow you are FHC or 30e cans all day every day (and if you passivly make more than those costs, never have to fly again.
I fly. 16 hours a day im in the air. Plushies, flowers, Manga, smoke and flash grenades. I pick up anything thats profitable to sell back in torn. 200 days with a networth of 4b. Fly you fools.
I wish to participate

Time to prestige.

Not seeing the issue with nerfing inactive farms.
Along side faction ratings, we may need player ratings. There are tons of factions in the mid tiers that have high stat players that dont fight. If those players have a rating that follows them from faction to faction, it could help with some of the math in the long run.
How im reading it, this is only taking information from the faction and how players act in the faction. So lets say some super active player switches factions. Now you have no data on how that player acts in war. Might get an easier opponent that expected.
This potential flaw could be exploited with faction families. Rotating the most active members between factions for a clean slate. Or even purposefully lowering a factions performance rating by having the lower performers in the family swap into a high preforming faction and doing a few wars.
It may be a lot more work in intertwine player performance with faction performance, but it should also prevent a lot of exploiting.
I found this little thing in the dump during Christmas. What a lucky pull i thought. A single item valued at 220m. Turns out this thing is nearly impossible to sell. The price has gone down and there is one guy that has 3 for sale on the item market. Just sitting there.
I am finding out that I need cash. Not desperately enough to sell this sucker for super cheap, but enough that Im actually willing to part with it.
No, I cant put it on the auction house. There are too many in circulation for it to be considered eligible to put on there.
So send me your best offer.
Let's just make a job that guarantees good RW weapons.
10" perk RW weapon crafting. Some semi absurd amount of JP and two guns. One for the base, one for the perk.
7* attachment - generates a random weapon mod
5* higher max weapon xp cap
3* shooting range - improves accuracy (passive)
1* special ammo - gives more special ammo than other jobs
The 10* part basically allows you to reroll a good perk onto a better weapon. Because it's a reroll, it could turn a red into orange or orange into yellow. It can never go up since most of the time higher valed items have multiple perks
Weapon mods can only be gotten from the mission shop. This would open up the door for more mods to get into the people's hands.
