Below is a huge list of anime I have personally watched since I started watching it back in 2014 and would easily rewatch if I had the time to. In my experience, if you aren't really interested and hooked after 1 episode, I wouldn't force it, just find something else that is more up your alley. Also please watch the original Japanese audio with subtitles versions of all of these and not the english dubbed over unless you genuinely can't read quickly in which case dubbed will have to do.
