Massive TWAT — $5,000,000

So I'm curious:
How long did it take you to actually feel like you understood Torn when you first started?
What more is there to understand? Torn’s a racing simulator with side quests where you can commit crimes, Right?
Not your money, you don’t have the NW to have effectively maxed out your passive income from personal stocks before buying PIs. That happens around $20b.
This provides a better return than PI rentals (if you can find someone to rent it in the first place) so a good stepping stone between the two.
As for my take as part of the deal, why would I offer any opportunity to make money together if there was nothing in it for me?
