messages keep lagging and appear as "Last message: 2 hours ago" in faction chat... it kinda reoccurs in not timely intervals

The issue is not contained to chat only for me. my health is not updated, any meds i use just add up but actually the other side sees me a health is 1. also having trouble updating chain counter. and my faction is is a war.
I have faction chat missing new messages and throwing my view at 5 to 6h back.. new messages are not shown in sequence. Like I will post a message and suddenly I am looking at messages posted 6h back it will eventually come back normal after some time.
