Start up with a great owner who cares about the employees. Currently accepting anyone from totally new players to pro's. Trying to bring in anyone willing to start at the ground floor, speed up the company growth, and enjoy some crazy good benefits when we get there. We just need to get there.

VERY SIMPLE COMPANY POLICY:
- Active at least once per day, inactive effects efficiency, 2 days offline will cost you in wages and not be counted as staff till active again. In event you are inactive 7 days you will be fired, unknown sick leave not acceptable.
- Drugs are good but they're bad mmmkay, try and keep your addiction in a respectable range as you will lose efficiency from this also, excessive times of high addiction and you not rehab will result in the same punishments as an inactive no wages and if continues for 7 days straight will mean you're fired also.
- No fees, no tax's will ever apply in exchange for your loyalty and these simple things requested of you.
Great trader
Create a rehab like system for cooldown reduction, but still need to fly there, it take time and money to complete the experience, but reduces all cooldowns by a percentage based on time and money.
E.g. 50% reduction for all cooldowns costs 1m and 10% of the longest cooldown time, spent with doctor but untargetable, like the hospital.
