I distinctly remember there being some pretty nice properties in Torn and I'm certain there must be an inactive or 2 out there that either owns one of these or maybe a pair of sports sneakers. I think a talented criminal faction could squat in one of these and take a run or 2 around the property.

Im not sure how accurate this is though. I have never not logged in multiple times a day ever but I think my activity streak says a way smaller number than my age or whenever it started counting.
I think I got pretty lucky back in the day, made it to #1 HOF and past 1 mil, but moved on because I felt like I was being obsessed with it. I think I paid 50k per train for 5 trains a day (Was the max back then I think).

Nothing lasts forever period. I'm not deep into Torn politics, but I do know life is nothing but a series of closing doors and players of a text based rpg have 2 things: The money and stats they bought, and the connections they build. I'm an introvert myself but I understand the value of the latter in a game involving other people. Psychopaths particularly might see value in paying to dominate others in pay to win games. Is that the kind of players monarch was built to attract? If so, then the "Connections they build" part is, and will continue to be, completely meaningless. That's not necessarily propoganda.
