I'd like to suggest introducing a game-enforced Employee Investment Mechanic where employees can officially invest cash into their company and receive proportional game-enforced returns in the form of:
1.Bonus work stats per day
2.Bonus job points per day
3.Enhanced work stats when director trains them
This would create genuine long-term employee-director partnerships, incentivize company loyalty and growth, and fit naturally within Torn's existing company infrastructure!!
