Are you looking to get merits? Are you looking for extra happy to increase your gym gains and don't want to go through a service provider and pay the mark up? Look no further. With a 3 tier pricing model, I am looking to mainly get one person to join me on my journey through multiple, consistent HJ's. But, if you are here for just a merit, I can help with that as well.
Why buy someone else'shappy? What's the big deal?
Getting into, and maintaining a 10* AN employment is expensive, and sometimes hard to find. With this service, you do not have to worry about constantly keeping your addiction rates down and also paying for trains, etc. Another benefit is the ability to use additional items to increase your Energy that I can not use or else I would not be able to obtain full happy; FHC, E cans, etc.
The price tiers
1: Merit hunting (single instance) 9 E-DVD's per jump.
2: Loyalty discount (2-4 instance) 8 E-DVD's per jump.
3: Continued training (5+ purchases) 7 E-DVD's per jump.
4: Jump Buddies (two people buying single instance, price becomes 5 per person, with Loyalty 4 dvd's per person.)
If I overdose with your E DVD's, I will reschedule a jump or refund E-DVD's. If I get to 99k and you do not use your mistletoe or something happens on your end like an O.D, it will not be my responsibility, and I suggest you look into insurance providers to help alleviate the sting from an O.D.
I would prefer if you had Discord, especially if there is more than 1 person jumping so that we can communicate together and there are no breaks in communication, as I want everyone to be available and don't want anyone to miss out on what they are owed.
Also, please note that if you are going to purchase my services, we will discuss beforehand a time that works for you within reason. I do not want to hinder my own goals of jumping and let my medical cooldown wait too long.
Thanks for taking a look, and I hope we can work together. DM me if you are interested. :)
To build on Red's comment, if you ever get into any weapons with bonuses that are yellow quality or above, you can compare auction sales or see if another trader has a similar item, and interpret that into your own price.
It doesn't always reset to level one, but a critical failure (when action turns red and you get jailed or injured) will set you back an undefined amount of crime experience (around 1 to 2 levels in my experience, I'm sure there's a guide thats figured out how to gauge it).
The reason you are failing that crime is because, judging by your age, you are skipping all the crimes before it. A lot of people, including me, suggest doing them in order. Start with search for cash. There is a hidden crime experience level that increases with every crime action, and the earlier ones have less of a critical fail/fail rate and are easier on low CE levels, fails don't hit as hard or often.
There is also a guide to every single crime that will give you an idea of the optimal choices to make for each crime. Search for cash, bootlegging, and graffiti do not really require a guide and you can mash buttons to your hearts desire if you aren't chasing merits or uniques.
I would suggest finding a wordy guide regarding crimes and give it a good read. It's a lot of information but it will give you the technical reasons behind why what I am saying. DM me if you need further help finding a guide. :)
I have slowly built a targets list through missions, and I have noticed that some of the builds are "tanky" compared to others, but those targets are close to my stat range and not exactly what your looking for. I mean if you're looking for a "target" meaning inactive player that has those stats, unless idk, they had their stats posted on their profile picture, would you actually be able to tell.
I'd probably choose to just try and network to find someone who fits that bill, there are plenty of people who are defense mains and there might be someone who chose never to train any other stat.
But if you legit wondering if there's some website or something similar to FFscouter that will actually let you plug the values you want in and send you that target? Not that I am aware of, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't exist. FFscouter only lets you find targets in a "FF range", not stats specifically.
Option 1: Pay for trains to get your work stats up. There are two roads here: High value company such as 10* AN where trains are expensive (around the 650k-1m per train), or low value company with low stars where trains can be around the 200-300k mark.
Option 2: Accept a less desirable company/low star or a combination and just get your work stats slowly overtime.
You're question is kind of open ended in the sense that, what is your end goal? Big stats fast? Do you want to get paid from a company? Do you want certain specials? Absolutely any company that has a special that includes receiving a high value item or high pay is going to be hard to get into with low work stats, or anything that provides you energy or nerve for job points. You can see what's considered decent work stats in the newspaper column around job listings, it will show you the minimum stats for those roles to be effective. If your looking for something to get into just to get work stats; You guessed it, go to the torn wiki and look for absolutely any company with lackluster specials, and those will be easier to get into.
I would just focus on growing as fast as possible, and don't mention it to absolutely anyone, message anyone, or anything like that. Sooner or later, they will get bored and leave you to your devices.
Another one, is Torn Travel Planner (you can get a free 14 day trail to see if you like it). Or Torn Intel has a very similar UI to TTP.
Torn Travel Planner is super accurate and I've made a lot of money flying from it. Sometimes it misses though, on variable restocks. (Canada for example has around a 10 min variable for Xanax restocks)
I was in a faction that supplied free Xanax, and their rule was they didn't open the drugs in the armory to you unless you were level 15 for this reason.
Also if you are trying to take drugs, I would recommend joining a Faction that has a high level of drug O.D overdose reduction, as it will really help bring those down. Usually this is a faction around 500k-1mil respect. If you are affording Xanax, then they will probably take a chance on you.
I use a combination of refills and "premium" beer. (Moonshine is not worth the extra nerve IMO, swamp punch (+4 nerve for 260k) vs 1 mil for 5 nerve is not worth it).
I'd wager to say that Nerve is easier then energy in the sense that you can stack it like crazy during beer day, or just in general if you are in a faction with max voracity that brings your Booster CD to 48H and 50% alcohol increase, I technically can get my Nerve higher then I can by taking a single Xanax, to a total of 288 Nerve drinking Swamp punches.
Now why there isn't a single item that does this? No clue. Just a fun little mechanic that changes it up a bit it seems.
Best way to do this is ask in Faction. And that involves being social. I had one of the older guys in my Faction help me out when I started, and even gave me a buffer of time so I could get on my feet and Financially support myself. The Torn Community is extremely helpful to newbies who show interest in the game, and are social.
Not many people are going to just offer to help random people, they could be stuck helping someone who is either not a savory individual, someone who never chips in and helps them with rent, or someone who just leaves the game and leaves them holding the bag. Factions are usually a little more helpful in the sense they want to see you grow because it is mutually beneficial for the Faction to have a stronger playerbase.
If you'd like someone's opinion that has gone through this and is still currently doing it, and is almost on the other side of it, here we go;
I have done 3 kinds of "jumps". Choco, regular (meaning not 99k HJ) and 99k HJ's. What you are asking in your post is more of a personal preference deal, so I am here to ask you what you want out of happy jumps.
Me personally? I wanted to grow as fast as humanly possible, and money wasn't an object to complete that. I always tell everyone to do what you are able to financially afford, and that meta is different to everyone based on your personal feelings. If you view stats as "meh", then no. If you view stats as being of the utmost importance because you have a third for RW's, elims, not getting mugged, etc.... Then yes, they are worth it.
Take a look at my stat estimate and then look at my account age. I have seen maybe 1 or 2 people with my account age and my stats. I have outgrown most people my age. The social benefits I receive from this are outstanding, as most experienced players can gauge that I might not know what I'm doing, but the dedication is there. I am un-muggable to a lot of players that were a problem for me when I first started. I am in a good faction with a lot of perks, and I can jump to absolutely any faction I want in the same perk range solely because of, you guessed it, 99k happy jumps. (regular happy jumps also moved me way past people that weren't doing them)
There are a lot of guides with smarter and wealthier people that have taken more time to understand and the consensus is happy jumping IS extremely more beneficial to your stats, and I can link some of those if you are interested and want to DM me.
Does happy jumping suck? Yes, and I can't wait to be done. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth it to me? Yes and I would do it again.
This is more of a question about a social aspect of the game. Being low stat, mugged constantly, less of an ability to RW, and having to find other, more difficult ways to get into top tier factions that take you seriously when you join... If none of what I said is a downside for you, then no, HJ's aren't worth it and I think you should play the game how you want to play, and don't let anyone tell you that your lame or a noob. There is no reason you should spend a huge chunk of your net worth on something that is "meh" to you.

Looking to purchase trains, AN would be preferable as I am currently trying to work towards a 10* AN for happy jumps.
Manual labor 874
Intelligence 102
Endurance 1,621
Total 2,597 Current EE - 75 (-9 addiction currently)
Rehab every Sunday w/out being told. I can afford a substantial amount of trains, my goal is to join a 10* AN now or in future, so whatever gets me there.
