Pay Policy:
Standard pay ranges from $50,000/day to $350,000/day depending on your position, stats, effectiveness, and company performance.

Revenue-Based Updates:
Pay is not permanently fixed. Salaries will be reviewed and updated as the company's daily revenue improves. Better revenue means better room for raises and stronger offers.

Important: Higher pay is possible for strong workers, but inactive players, high addiction, poor position fit, or low company income may result in lower pay.

These are general salary ranges. Final pay depends on your stats, activity, Employee Effectiveness, and company daily revenue.

Salary Note:
The salary guide is a starting reference. Pay can increase as the company earns more daily revenue and as employees prove their activity, loyalty, and effectiveness.

Activity: Log in daily and stay reliable.

Addiction: Keep addiction low so company performance does not suffer.

Position Fit: Stay in the position that best matches your stats.

Communication: Tell the owner if you will be inactive.

Important:
If your stats are below the requirement for a position, you may still be considered, but your pay will be lower until your stats improve. Good activity and loyalty can still help you earn a place in the company.
