The cost depends on how hard the request is, going from ~1edvd to ~1dp of the sell/buy value if it was an incredibly hard request

Make territory more valueable and ww3 gonna be in torn, Ive already complained about this, they should add actual faction activities to torn, ex. Drug proxuction and selling, factions should be able to produce deugs that are sellable to npc, and make it so they get bonus for doing it in their territory, it would generate so much value in territory that wars would start happening left and right

Thats not true, theres a saying that applies to every casino wherever it may be, the house always wins, even if the odds are almost 50/50, if you have billions circulating daily, youll still make huge amounts of money, and have"fair"odds
I wouldnt say to go as far as banning them, but maybe there should be some restrictions, ex. Make it so they show how it works behind the scenes and that it isnt rigged or whatever.
I do understand the concern, but I dont think banning them straight away is the best solution, cause if they need to show what happens, only non rigged ones remain, and also, even if you lose there the money doesnt just vanish like it happens with the in game one.
