Disband your faction, have all the young players join established factions, train, and learn from them. The number of times we see young players form factions, and then get "bullied" as you put it.
edit. Oh and whatever you do when you feel "bullied" do NOT post in the forums :)
Maybe if defending factions wall contribution actually allowed them to gain negative points, have the war auto-end when the defending factions reaches the same threshold to win, but in negative ?
My only concern with that entry, is if I was torn staff i'd have checked her age first !!! I mean sure she has a tattoo, but I know a girl who had ink when she was 14 !!
I mean all power to her .. I just dread to think the messages she's going to be getting.

Also this is the second time, I have the early discharge icon, but not the button to actually get out of hospital.
Not involved in any politics, I have been just a humble soldier of the hive. I am very proud of my fellow Hornets, they scrambled when we needed it, they took genuine pride in the Hive.
Too many people to shout-out for the constant target organisation, organising supplies, countdowns in chat, etc But they know who they are <3
I want to say, no matter what team you are/were on ... If you went out there on the battlefield and fought hard for your team, you have my respect. The freeloaders on the other hand ..
