Would it be possible to be able to save different types of races?

The racetrack, the time, the people, the laps?

We could save different setups for different tracks.

Gym 3000 is visible when I hover over it, how do I purchase it? None of the other gym at that level are active. I presume by Gym 3000 being access means I can buy the membership.

Yes I have Georges Gym unlocked, it must be the stats. I will wait untill the 25% has been hit.
