After that, I'm looking for somewhere long-term to stay. Ideally a 10* TVN, Oil Rig or somewhere with very high pay. But I am chasing a variety of merits so I'd be open to almost any company type, so long as they're consistently 10* and pay well.
I am 10/10 EE merits, and I manage my addiction but I won't be likely to keep it at literally 0 every day. I haven't missed a day of activity in forever.

Some real vile and unnecessary victim blaming and people pointlessly playing Devil's Advocate here when it really doesn't need to be played.
Seems to be that every "what if" and "actually" has been answered adequately and those hateful vocal few have nothing substantial to answer back with.
Shame on all those involved, and well done to Bogie and PrincessJulie.
Monarch need to take a deep look inwards because whilst it's true that it isn't even close to every Monarch member saying and doing vile things, they clearly encourage and thrive in a culture that allows for this to happen.
Ultimately, I hope that those undeniably involved get their comeuppance. If you tried to inflict harm in real life terms then you deserve real life consequences.

I have 10/10 merits in employee effectiveness, I'm active and will rehab when needed.
I'm nearly in the top 1,000 in the game for work stats and my last company had me at just under 200 employee effectiveness.
I do not care how much you're going to pay me if you're not going to train me. Please do not contact me if you can't offer a minimum of 5 daily trains. My top concern is growing my work stats. I will take trains in lieu of pay. I will happily work for lower star companies if I'm getting these trains.
Can confirm this works as I have done this myself with The-Wiz. He was always on top of it, reliable and available, and often significantly ahead in our 1:1 so when I went ahead there was never any worry of him disappearing on me with those free escapes.
10/10 would run away again if I needed more, which thanks to this deal, I don't!

I missed out on Friday but everything I attended on Saturday was well organised. We went on a guided tour of Bristol, which seemed slightly silly to me since I'm local but it was actually fascinating and I fully recommend it. Most importantly I learned the origin of the phrase "daylight robbery" and will now never let our Dutch Torn players such as Potoo live it down. Bastards!
Was nice to put some faces and personalities to usernames. I drank alcoholic chicken soup which scared everyone. I then scared everyone further with my meal choices (except for Plague, real recognise real). I was then in turn scared (and impressed) by the amount BrotherLiftFork BrotherForkLift could consume, and of the size of the sausage on offer in my favourite city of Bristol. It was also fantastic to realise my Torn trivia knowledge is only "bad" and not the "abysmal" I assumed, and to mutually laugh at the same idiots getting punted from faction after faction of those that were in attendance.
On Sunday I stared directly into the butthole of a fish, witnessed some sexy shrimp (thanks for inviting your sister GalacticShrimp) and won two races (TornFest official race and TornFest unofficial Bristol aquarium speedrun).
I was mostly just going along because we were already planning a DuckCon at roughly the same time and location, and was a little bit intimidated by the idea of meeting so many new people at once, but you were all an absolute delight. 10/10 would abandon ducks for strangers and that is how any faction's leadership should be, right?
