Monarch need to take a deep look inwards because whilst it's true that it isn't even close to every Monarch member saying and doing vile things, they clearly encourage and thrive in a culture that allows for this to happen.

I have 10/10 merits in employee effectiveness, I'm active and will rehab when needed.
I'm nearly in the top 1,000 in the game for work stats and my last company had me at just under 200 employee effectiveness.
I do not care how much you're going to pay me if you're not going to train me. Please do not contact me if you can't offer a minimum of 5 daily trains. My top concern is growing my work stats. I will take trains in lieu of pay. I will happily work for lower star companies if I'm getting these trains.

I can't say more than I will here as I'm not about doxxing, as that's the in-game crime of little bitches, but I can say beyond shadow of doubt that violent or predatory criminals are allowed to play this game, as I know of at least one myself.
As others have already said, they don't perform background checks upon account creation and it simply isn't feasible or ethical for staff to keep tabs on every account owners real life happenings. Criminals will continue to be allowed to play this game, and I believe that as much as I want as little exposure to a lot of those people as possible, this is the correct (and only possible) way for things to be. And that's before we even get into the messy conversation around the varying applications of the law from country to country, and the likelihood of innocent people being imprisoned falsely.
You can report players who are doing this as it is a serious breach of the game's rules if they are harassing or threatening you using IRL information that you haven't supplied them. If it's just generic "you guys should break up" then it's nothing, though.
That said, you could just stop making new threads to try to mask your own toxicity. You are reaping what you did sow. You are in the FO stage of FAFO. Just own it.

I echo you in thinking initially it'd be a pain to use but with hair trigger, tracer rounds (very good conservation of these too on 1-1 RoF/1 magazine size), shotgun mastery and every other conceivable accuracy boost it's okay. Not great, but not bad.
I'm on 98% experience for it now without having bought any losses along the way. Gonna be sad to see it go once done!
