How the deal works: We set up a trade. You put up collateral (around 700m, the items will meet your collateral value) and 30m fee, and I trade you 5 collectibles. At the end of the month we trade back: your ~650m collateral is returned in exchange for the 5 collectibles. I reserve the right to up the collateral price for those with very high enemy counts or poor reputations at my discretion. Some accounts <100 days may need to do higher collatoral due to high risk of feds for new accounts with large networths.
Why not just buy them myself?: For players who will be keeping their collection this is the better option. But for those selling after the merit, take it from me, selling collectibles can be a *pain in the ass*. It can take months to find buyers for some of your items, and takes huge amounts of chats and mails. There's also the risk of not being able to get what you paid for them. For 30m you don't have to worry about any of that.
How do I know I can trust you?: If you'd like a reference you can ask Dimewizard [2501294], Jazeejas [2389664], Viscount [666653], gabbar_dude [2530350], MadelineEvans [2298663], Hydrogen [1534628], deneb [2603338], anqry [1591316], Verboten [2302973], Fanatic [1127528], swainey [529815], and many other customers in this thread...
As of 2024 late fees will begin applying for items kept more than 5 days after the merit triggers, based on the % over how long you agreed to rent.
Simple one, but can we please get XP gains on the fist and kick like we do with other weapons once you complete the Combat Training bachelor? (To address concerns on where this xp would be displayed, a choice between fists/kick could be added in each loadout, and an icon for fists/kick could be displayed there, much like during an attack. Then we could have the xp bar come up when the fists or kick is clicked on the load out.)
Makes going for 1,000 unarmed kills a little more rewarding.
Edit at 150 likes: As others have mentioned it may be worth it to make "hand to hand" a category in its own right- moving ninja claws, knuckle dusters and maybe high heels/ice skates to it. Also requested is mastery merits for hand to hand.
One last suggestion for this: As there is current zero reason to ever use a fist/kick in place of a primary weapon during a fight. I suggest adding a buff to the kick. (Edit 10/19: with the huge nerf to kick, this is even more needed.) We could do this by adding a new reward unlocked by completing the Master of Self Defense. My suggest would be "Gain a 25% chance when landing a kick to activate “dazed” effect- opponent skips the next 1-2 turns," but I'm open to other buffs. (Alternatively suggested by another user in the thread: Using kick has a 10% chance to guarantee a hit regardless of other factors and a 15% chance to inflict a critical hit that stacks with all other critical chance increases provided fists/kick xp is maxed.") With the new weapon bonuses neither of these are overpowered.
If nothing else, at least please add the xp for fists and kick, I've seen multiple other threads and players that have requested this as well, it's something the community wants.
EDIT: Info we still need for Search For Cash/bootlegging as of the 10th of October:
1. Confirm the minimum level for kevlar glove, fishing rod (44 or lower), beach FAKs, torn city times/zipwallet 2. Production times/numbers on CDs. Please post to the Bootlegging thread (or here is fine too.) 3.What level does the high speed drive start appearing at? The day we all thought was never coming is finally here! Alice is finally free!
Proxima and I put in a huge effort to get a working wiki page up for today- but there’s a lot of data, and the wiki could use your help collecting some of it!
Primarily, in the system there are some unique outcomes that only happen once. These unlock based on level, time of day, and some other factors. As we only get one chance per person to deduce what these factors may be, I could use as many people posting their unique finds as possible! (EDIT July 19th: We know all uniques for SFC (except the new one) and Bootlegging. Thanks for the help)
What I need to know: 1 What the unique outcome gave you 2 Which subcrime you were doing 3 What effect is in place for said subcrime (eg, if doing Subway, is it on/offpeak? What %?) 4 What your level is when the unique trigger 5 What level you were when the notifier appeared signaling that a unique result was available
How do you tell when a unique outcome is available?
In this image, I have one crime with a unique available, and one without. “Search the subway” does not have a unique result available. “Search the Junkyard does- you can tell because of the star on the search button. There will be one unique result possible for each star shown.
How do I know when I just had a unique result? First, unique results are usually items of higher value or higher quantity than most results- like Kevlar gloves, or ten morphine. If you suspect you had a unique result, look to the search button- it will be deactivated and display a gold star for a few seconds if you had a unique. Shown: [image: i.imgur.com] Sidenote: there are nonunique outcomes that are level dependent. If you start finding several outcomes for an item at a new level and you’ve never seen that item before, let me know.
Hey all, I'm quite late on this thread as I honestly forgot this was coming out today I uh woke up late.
I was going to just edit the old megathread (and thank you to those who were proactive and posted observations there) but several people messaged me making it clear they were expecting a new thread haha.
There are 41 unqiues to find! let's get to to work!
There are multiple triggers for these so please keep a close eye for when stars appear- both crime skill level and area reputation can unlock unqiues. While I haven't seen color unlock one yet, it would be easy to test by changing spray cans to see if the number of stars changes. Please post your current CS and area rep with unqiues (and color used if you remember)
I will create a list as we go and will try to get something up on the wiki for grafitti ASAP today.

-added all items released since this guide's creation, as well as a few that were missing.
-made a small update on necklaces. I still need a gold/silver/bronze dog tag to test.
-Corrected some mistakes (denim jacket has no 5 layer. Riot helmet is 4 and 5, not just 4. Santa Hat and Sun hat have both a 5 and 4 layer, neither are just 5. Some items actually have a layer 6)
It's happened to all of us: You spend $30m on that fancy new piece of clothing... Just to discover it layers *under* your armor.
Well friends... No more.
I have tested just about every item you can equip to check where it equips.
How to use this guide:
-All clothing is assigned one (or multiple) layers to one (or multiple) body parts. Layers range between 1 to 6. Layer 6 displays on top, and layer 1 on the bottom with some rare exceptions. -If you just want to know if your clothing will display above your armor, all armor is a 3 (exceptions for hazmat suit and some helmets) so if your clothing is 4 or higher, you're good to go! Layer 2 and lower will go under armor. -Only one piece of clothing can be equipped at a time for each layer on each body part- for example, you cannot equip both a basketball shirt and jacket, as both are torso layer 4. However, you can equip a jacket and a trench coat together, as the trench coat is torso layer 5. -Remember that some clothing items occupy multiple layers for the same body part! Please makes sure you are looking at the highest layer listed to know where the clothing will layer. -Control+F will be your friend in this thread! -Jewelry seems to possibly have its own layers, but I'm not sure exactly how this works. Only one ring can be equipped at a time and only one watch or bracelet, but neither interfere with any hand layers, so there could possibly be a wrist and finger layer only utilized by watches and rings respectively? As the screenshot of the developer page for layers only shows head related layers, we don't know. Necklaces for whatever reason can all be equipped concurrently together! They layer over each other in the following order, listed from top to bottom: Gold chain, statement necklace, rosary beads, Rusty Dog Tag, Metal Dog Tag, gold necklace, pearl necklace, silver necklace (I coudknt find a bronze, silver, or gold dog tag to test.) -Rings layer over everything except the plaster cast arm, hazmat suit, and bunny suit. Watches and necklaces layer over armor (layer 3) but under layer 4 and above. -A few items layer over EVERYTHING and will not unequip any other items. They are: Sandworm Mask 21, Evil Winnie '23 mask, Unicorn Horn (layers under the sandworm mask), Torso Bandages, prostehic leg/plaster arm and crutches! Band aids can equip with any item but will layer *under* everything .-Some items will display in spots that they do not have an official "layer" on. For example, Dungaress only have a leg layer but visually extend onto the torso, where they will cover (but not equip) layer 2 and 1 torso clothing. These exceptions are rare but with many possible combinations, it would be impossible to list them all here.
The thing about making your own photos is you don't even have to be good at it. There's way more charm in a poorly made ma paint jpeg than the pointless slop ever could have.
Ched should implement mandatory lessons on confirmation bias and sample sizes upon account creation. I think it would maybe start to sink in after most peoples' 4th multi
