I had (possibly) a strange bug where my mission credit balance changed after refreshing the page after completing a mission that awarded 648 mission credits. I noticed that the contract payout was much larger upon completion than it was upon finish. The total balance that I had was 4020 mission credits, but after refreshing, it went down to 3660. I know my balance before completing the mission was 337x, so the final balance of 4020 would add up. I wanted to be sure, so I got a total sum of all my mission points earned minus spent on items using the log. There is a discrepancy of 175 (3835 calculated minus 3660 displayed on torn). I have feeling that this is a result of me using both 'Winking to Win" and LOS stock benefit at the same time.
Unfortunately, I don't know how final payout is calculated with both of these active at the same time, or else I could confirm that this is some sort of error.

Maximize bank merits and reinvest in the bank until you have 2 billion. Then reinvest your bank interest into stock blocks.
In between banking periods, before you reach 2 billion, you can (attempt) to gain enough cash to get a SYM stock block to help gen extra 4 million a week. Then when it is time to start anther bank investment, liquidate, start a bank investment, and repeat
