When trading, other players have the option to cancel your trade, meaning your money goes back to your wallet, or items are returned to you, etc. This allows the player to mug you, even though there wasn't a transaction and he knows exactly how much money you have on hand now. They can cancel the trade and mug you before you even have a chance to respond. I think this is 100% abuse of a game mechanic that was unintended to be used as a "easy mugging scheme."
I don't mind players that buy mug you, that's entirely different. You purchased my items, then mugged me immediately after. It's my fault for not hosping or transferring quickly. But this is different.
My idea to prevent this is: 1. When a trade is cancelled, all money is returned to a bank of some sort, similar to how when you sell stocks, they don't have to be taken immediately from the bank. 2. When a trade is requesting to be cancelled, BOTH players must confirm that the trade is going to be cancelled now. This ensures that both players can do necessary preventative measures to protect their cash as it returns to their wallet.
I understand that scamming in this game is legal, but I don't think this constitutes as scamming. It's exploiting a game mechanic to gain information about players that you wouldn't have beforehand.
How is it abuseable? Just make it for less than a few minutes, or hours? That's like saying people could abuse selling stocks to hold cash indefinitely, which they cant?
I meant to vote “no, ched cleared it.” even if you get paid to essentially play the game, you would still want to complete as much of it as possible. Let them drop DB’s lol.
I haven’t seen any in like 5-6 days. Last egg I saw there was TWO eggs on the page? I clicked a pink one and got credit and scrolled further and there was also a blue one but then it disappeared when I clicked it.
