Woolis refused to give the faction back when requested and RR had no way of getting it back due to scamming being legal and Woolis being a greedy child
Upon Woolis flying to Switzerland, or prior to, RR declared war on Born Fighting in an attempt to destroy it and render woolis' betrayal profitless
As Woolis was in Swizerland, he could not access faction controls et al. And so he was hit with endless $5,000,000 bounties to keep him in hospital 24/7 and RR decided to deploy the dirty bomb to finish the job
After the bombing the faction was at zero respect. With only one faction member in permahosp in Swizerland and no buffer (Woolis had spent the ~70k respect the faction had and left it at 20k) the next tick of faction respect decay left Woolis with 0 or less and the faction was destroyed.
For those freaking out at the cost, the faction was worth at least $150bn for respect and collector value, maybe even up to $250bn, but the moment woolis received it and would not relinquish it it lost all value.
Rapid may have lost $50 to $300bn in assets, but his dirty bomb will go down as the greatest public shutdown of an attempted scammer in torn history and the scammer will be remembered for the most audacious theft and double cross of 2015.
Don't worry too much, Rapid is still worth more than several top 20 factions alone and Woolis is reportedly laid up in a private Swiss clinic, attempting to receive life saving surgery to have 39 boots removed from his anus.
