I wouldn't overthink it, brother. Just stay the course. Much like IRL investing, a vast majority of those who fiddle with their portfolio often usually end up hurting themselves in the long term. Just keep investing and stay the course. That is if you are a long term investor and not a trader as you mentioned.
It's also worth noting that Ched himself has said that the TC market will increase +5%/year. I may need a fact checker on that one but that pretty much translates to real world market trends. +4-8% per year (on average).
I mean we are investing billions here in Torn. Not $500-1000/month.
