Hi all, I am currently trying to get high Quality percentage weapons and armors and I am wandering from bazaars to bazaars and to Item Market to find the best weapons with the best ratio for price. Then I thought of this idea (that maybe was already posted - if so, please delete my thread and send me the URL throught mailbox!)
Change the way of browsing through the Weapon Market
What I mean by that, is that we could decide to browse the market not to see the price as a filter, but the percentage of the weapon's quality (or accuracy or damage).
Example: I am looking for the best hammer in Torn. What can I do to find it?
a) Look at bazaars, spend lots of time trying to find one that is barely 40%. You know there is probably a better one currently on the market, but you don't want to spend more time looking at everyone's bazaars.
b) Look at the item market and have a better view, but you will still have to check them all one by one to know what is their percentage.
c) [If my idea is brought to the game] Click the filter you prefer the most between[Quality percentage] / [Accuracy] / [Damage] and see them all listed from strongest to weakest, instead of cheapest to most expensive. Because sometimes, we don't want the cheap one, we want what's best for our ass!
This way, there could be an actual weapon market for collectors with lots of money to spend on the very best weapons available on the market. You could actually find out what a 40% Minigun is worth versus a 70% or even better.

I just got 10% discount on all property upgrades (as well as 5% discount on property bought from estate agent). So I'm offering my services to you guys to upgrade your properties and/or buy you a new home.
For example, if you have a PI and want to upgrade it to its maximal value of 1.95b, you would require 1.45b. With me, you'll save 145m, and I will only ask you 20% of that money you saved. So actually, you will really save 116m and I'll keep 29m for me (80% for you, 20% for me).
Hi! As the owner of at least 50 properties, it has become long to find the property I'm looking for in my list. Buying a new mansion and upgrading it could be made easier. Especially when I buy 20 at once to upgrade them.
I suggest to have, like in the "Items" page, a way to sort them. A few of the choices that could be made in there would be :
Fully upgraded properties VS Not completely upgraded properties
Currently rented properties
Be able to change the number of properties shown on one page (currently set to 9, which is not so much)
Also, it would be nice to be able to toggle [ON/OFF] to see visual of the properties. When ON, it would be the way it actually is. When OFF, it would be a simple list (no pictures) showing the property name, happiness, etc., just like what we see when we look at another player's properties.
If not, it would be nice to know the happiness of a property without having to hover it with the mouse and wait this 1 second until it shows the happiness this property gives and its value, etc.

There should be fees, and you get no interest, plus a waiting time, or even lower interest rates in the future (like it would affect your credit score) Otherwise, this could be used to temporarily store money and avoid being mugged...
