It's never to early to start planning for April fools day. This suggestion would be a major code change, so the Developers should probably get started now so it can get through beta and testing.
What you should do, (as a really funny but subtle joke) is swap the location for point energy refill with the position for point nerve refill.
They should limit how many times you can get mugged. Not everyone has a vault or can afford to have their money tied up in the bank for weeks, and I like to keep a couple of billion on hand to buy stuff. Please vote if you think mugs should be limited.

Why not highlight friends / enemies when looking at Hosp, Jail, or Bounties. Then you would know who to bust / revive or not to. These few changes would make the friends / black list much more meaningful.
