Not to sure anyone is truly neutral. Apart from DA who are more likely to join JF alliance but their territories are in the most safest place.
I can not see the others staying neutral. TE3U, TUNT, SP, JUX HQ, IBB, 39th their territories are in the open. They will have to support one or the other alliance. If not they will be in danger in losing their territories.
Also looks like JF alliance is really worried, notice Milk and Cookies brought out inactive Vegas to help cover their bridge.

JFK hold the most beasts. All JFK has to do is say their main is recruiting and they get more heavy hitters/beasts easily.
The main issue with Relentless is they have acquired a lot of members from SA. Are those member loyal to Relentless or are they just there to make money. What stopping them leaving and going back to SA.
MnC don't have that issue.

Everyone thought MnC was going to streamroll DA. It wasn't just you. MnC outmatch DA in terms of big hitters.
By the time MnC and DA faced other, the hype from DA was fading.

When, Trans and evolution faction sold for 20 and 21 bill. Both having 2 mill + respect.
The number of members are already on the lower side so I doubt they completed the higher challenges.
He made it clear that in the buying/selling faction thread that members will leave after it sold. Unless you waste more money you will need to defend it territories from other factions to keep them.
At that price you be holding on to it for a while.
Why not list the territories respect earned daily, and the specials it currently has or the available respect of faction.
