Except for competitions and tournaments like the 7-Way, i don't think if there a right or wrong way to war.
SA likes to surprise the enemy and overwhelm them as quick as possible before they can retaliate. And they do it very well. It just means that Factions need to adapt their strategies like the need to be have more active players and maybe even allies to hit back.
Not all enemies will fight on your terms. Those who adapt survive, those who don't just fade away.
