So I did a thing, I also may have posted in the wrong forum so relocating here.
I saw an old Christmas Town map was extremely outdated, so I mapped majority of CT so far.
If you like to explore and want to figure out this map on your own, stop reading and leave now.
I have yet to map the dungeon and both caves, and I will NOT map the labyrinth, I see someone made a video anyhow.
Some help was given on the south west and some nice ppl helped get the mountains finished where you constantly die. I may update to fill in any bits of blank space.
I like puzzles, so it was like a giant jigsaw puzzle. Anyways, here ya go.

This is the first dungeon area behind Santas Grotto.

After taking either trains from the dungeon you can reach elevators and the torture icey dungeons
Try to avoid going next to the elves here, or being caught by the mad scientist or he'll send you to the science lab. If caught by an elf you can end up in any of the many jail cells.
Most of the elevators just go up and down, and one takes you back up to the normal cellar with the ghost and exit to the Manor in Christmas Town on forest road.

Recruiting one more for law firm. Attorney, min 15k int 6k endurance. Active and low drug addiction. Regular trains, bonus trains if you have closest to zero addiction every second day. Hoping to find someone to help us get back up some stars. Currently solid 7 usually 8 star. Great for OC crime success rates to get closer to your PA goals.

Navigate torns random pages, search the page for a mid sized egg (will randomly appear anywhere) click the egg to collect. Repeat.
Of course there are scripts to make alerts, of navigation easier, go to the scripts forum for in depth reads.

I believe it's different. To get inside with penguin you go thru labrynth now. No way in from ice caves now.

Looking for a replacement in a 9* Law firm now, good money on spies, come get it. must be active, goes without saying.
A pleasant-looking lady with flowers in her hair is slinging coins into the fountain. Suddenly, she checks her purse and gasps. "Oh my. I've thrown away my lucky quarter. Won't someone help me retrieve it?" she asks no one in particular. You smile and nod in her direction, and enter the fountain. Scrabbling around in the water, you find the woman's 25-cent coin, the back of which is painted pink with nail polish. As you walk across to hand the coin over, a car veers off the road and pulverizes the woman against the fountain wall. Looks like this coin is more than just lucky, it's a lifesaver
