You maintain level 10 by finding the happy medium in advertising with the employees you have to make the most you can without dropping off.
Read into torn wiki it can be a life saver.
And for your own good here's a tip. Work around and create your own spreadsheet. You can see what directors of 10*s are running for all the ads pricing etc. Find a type your wanting to build or make work and work for a few take notes and it'll all come together real quick. And you'll know what you have to run to compete pretty easily 😉
