I work in a factory that makes high end electro adhesives.. our newest hires have been people who quit working in retail, and they are doing pretty good and getting paid more! 
my work and employment has been just fine under joe biden. we dont have mandatory vaccinations though, I wish we would because most of the lazy and sloppy employees are also anti-vaxxers.

If i was running shit I wouldnt use a vaccine to get rid of compliant people, that doesnt make any sense. think of it like a job, Bosses like compliant employees, non-compliant ones get fired...

I might expect a racist to be an anti-vaxxer, I wouldnt necessarily expect an anti-vaxxer to be racist; vaccines and race are seperate topics.
I'm more of a battle-axe kind of guy
religion done right can be pretty awesome, but too many people are assholes and use ancient texts for their own means. ancient religious texts wont really fix people with no empathy, maybe scare them from putting their hand in their neighbor's cookie-jar but thats about it.

these plague roaches get trespassed and asked to leave, they dont leave and then get arrested. its not hard to order the food/groceries online in most places and then come to pick it up either..
