What TornLife has verified
- Staff explained in 2021 that apparent race start-timer 'jumps' are not a bug: the main timer starts counting from race creation, but there is also a 1-minute cooldown at the end (during which no one else can join) and a minute-based cron run, both of which can cause the displayed timer to jump as it corrects to the real time. (confirmed by Torn; Racing start time bugged?, )
- Patch list #85 (12/03/2019) includes a fix for the racing 'max wait time' parameter. (confirmed by Torn; Patch list #85 : 12/03/2019, )

Some tracks are not accessible until a certain class is reached. (documented; Race Track › Track List, )

Race replay was added on the racing log page via patch #49 (26/06/18), and the racing log page itself (linked from the event) was added via patch #47 (12/06/18). (confirmed by Torn; Race Track › Historical Notes (2/2), )
- Official races created by URT (Ultimate Racing Tournament) stewards display a gold flare, added by patch #175 (12/01/21). (confirmed by Torn; Race Track › Historical Notes (1/2), )
- The value of enlisted racing cars is counted toward a player's networth, added by patch #184 (16/03/21). (confirmed by Torn; Race Track › Historical Notes (1/2), )

(confirmed by Torn; Race Track › Historical Notes (1/2), )
- The Race Track (formerly Torn City Raceway) is accessed via the 'Red-Light' area of the City and was added on 1 March 2007. A player needs both a car and a Racing License to use it. (documented; Race Track › Information, )
