By the time you reach level 15 on torn, what stats do you think a player should have?
depends on your playing style I suppose...
Are you wanting to participate in faction wars?
Are you wanting to get "free" defends?
Are you wanting to protect yourself as much as possible from mugs?
What do you personally do with your battle stats?

There is no 'average', it varies so much from person to person and unless you're planning on hitting level 100 in a matter of weeks people saying that you'll be used for xp are full of shit.
Don't worry about your stats, just train and level up as you get it (life is a stat too, raising that from levelling can save you in battles that matter, has saved me more often than I try to count). If you're happy with your stats then that's just fine, if not... well stop whining about it, train more and at least take solace in the fact that you have a better level.
I don't have any plan on moving up in level. I am thinking of just waiting for stat cap in each before moving up.
There's this asia someone in the bounties list. Level 5. I can't even get a shot in.
You'll find many many variations of stats per age per level in this game. At the end of the day it's what you're comfortable with. You'll know yourself if you're disappointed about your own performance in wars and what not, so you just take some time out and train again. Plus training never stops, you just keep going, there's no fixed goal in that sense or amount you need to hit for your level.

its more about days old than level, if you spend your time training you will level slower, but you will have more to show for it, aim for 100k each to start with and see where it takes you
