"Copy/Paste error" message / ctrl+v issue

not really a fix but for people with the same issue, drag and drop the text on a desktop still works

You can also use the hyperlink function to paste text :D you will get a ridiculous hyperlink but it works :p or maybe use tools>source code or even the inspector in the browser

This problem did not exist (in FF) before today, so the latest update, whatever you changed made it happen.

me too with firefox 30, affects sending mail (also suspect typo in Ctrl-V/Cmd-V)

same as above poster, except using FF 31, same error message. control+v will not paste contents.
(Using Opera 23.0 cut&paste performs normally)

I'm also using FF on desktop also. I haven't been able to do Ctrl+V in mail and forums. Keeps telling me to do it. It worked fine up until about a week ago. Figured it would have been sorted by now? I just wish we could go back to the regular copy and paste, so much easier. Hope that this is fixed soon.

And, I didn't do anything to make it bold. It just came out like that.

Both Cntrl + C/V and Cmd + C/V, as well as File Copy/Paste do not work in the forum boxes, confirmed still not working most popular browsers as well as latest type 5 browsers. Please fix this immediately, this is still an major issue for all. Thank you

i agree, i figured that this would be a more 'serious' issue... it impacts all players.

Impossible to copy/paste to add to any forum thread (eg public, private,company,faction forums) in the game at this point.

This is quite an annoying bug (FF)

Copy/Paste does not work at all in the game (eg Ctrl C/V, Cmd C/V, or Copy/Paste), just shows popup reminder to use these functions.
This is the most important bug in the game as it affects all players and all forums for weeks. Immediately please fix. Thanks

FF (im assuming newest version) windows 7

Frustrating as I cannot paste anything to anywhere. Faction announcements, profile, forums etc. Running FF 31 and have also tried this on Chrome with the same error.

This is a major wound that needs to be healed.
