Emmmm... let's just say that I have a very large debt (since I've not been on this account for 600+ days and just got my pass back)...
How on earth do I get rid of the debt? :S

In all seriousness - as much as it's degrading, slutting. Mugging the right people (see tutorials and guides). Some friends to help you out? Could even buy some donator packs with RL money and sell @24m each, that should clear your red fairly quickly.
Working in a 5* Sweet Shop is quite profitable, you can earn 1-2m every couple of days.

In case OP missed it: You can't buy flowers abroad when you have negative money.

Anyone can work in a 5* sweet shop, you don't need good working stats.
Yeah, if you have even just 10k stats you can mug at least 20m a day, then you'll be out fairly soon.

Join a faction with high Salutary and sell revives in the trade chat? Typical price is 1m per revive.

I wouldn't slut, it's pretty easy to make much more via mugging, with the same E costs.

If you have enough networth you can borrow from the loan shark to get positive cash to be able to operate. You will have to be really active though to pay it back at 2.5% a week.

You've been inactive for a while so if you was in a starter job you would have accumulated a good amount of working stats as well as job points perhaps which could possibly be spent on working stats. This will enable you to work in a high paid company which will help to reduce your debt.

Furthermore you could always hang out in IRC and try to win some cash and/or items to resell.

You could also start mugging.
