Which is the best E class car according to starting stats?
I recommend the Honda Civic as your E class car. However, I also think that it doesn't make a big difference, and that you can be successful with any car you choose. Most people aren't in E class a long time, no matter what car they use, as long as they are active and race regularly.
Each car is stronger in one specific area, so certain cars are better on certain tracks.
For example, the Renault Clio has a higher top speed but lower accel. than the other class E cars, so it would do better on a track with lots of long straights and almost no corners.
I used the Vauxhall..its a pretty balanced car..it got me through class e fairly easily..
i've been running the Volvo 850 and have been having good results since upgrading it a bit
just starting out but this is my main car...
Currently in race | Honda Civic (Class E)
- Races won: 5
- Worth: $40,500.00
- Top Speed: 119 mph
- Brake Dist: 153 feet
- Races entered: 16
- Points spent: 20
- 0-60: 11 seconds
- Upgrades: 9
BubbaBlakk, you've spent a bunch of points on your E class car, and won't have many to work with when you move to the next class. I would recommend trying to spend as few as possible as you move up. In particular, when you reach class A, you want to try and have enough to fully upgrade your first A class car right away, because essentially everyone you race from that point on will have high driverskill and a fully upgraded car.
What I tend to tell people is to spend one point in class E, and do the strip-out. After that, save all your points in class E. When you move to D, spend all your points right away, and then don't spend any more until you move up again. When you move to C, spend your points, then save the points you make there until you reach B. In B, upgrade with all but 40 or 50 points right away. Save 40 or 50 points, plus all the points you make while in B. That way, when you move to A, you'll have points in hand to outfit a car.
If you spend your points as soon as you get them, then every time you move up a class, you'll have problems.
