So I just purchased the $4.85 donation package, Its says the standard resale value on regular donations are 24 million but it says on the automatically credited donation it it automatically credited to your account does that mean I get 24 million or just points or various items that can be sold for that much

You get no money or items for a subscription, only donator status and points.
Only purchasing donator packs gives you the donator pack item that you can sell

Your status shows you're a donator, either by month or year, which means you automatically get points by the month or year. If you purchased one separately, it will be in your items section.
