No they wouldn't... your reasons are basically that you think it's unfair that you as a newbie should be able to be attacked by older and higher level players, my point was that other newbies who don't understand the game don't like being in hospital either, so they had also suggested this kind of thing, which was also negatively received.

Instead of putting level limits, why not have an attacks enabled/disabled option. So you can only get attacked with your consent. And if you don't want to be attacked you can set attacks to disabled and no one is allowed to attack you.

we are all entitled to our opinion tho, however the best way to fix is is for you to train you stats and become a higher level, chances are your mr x wont be able to afford paying 3 or 4mil for 10 bounties continually.
Like said to the previous post, i don't care about the money they take, the 2,000 - 5,000 or maybe 10,000 isn't much.
But just thinking of it made me come up with this post, seeing as how there are some high level people picking up on the new players, why can't they pick up on people their size? are they cowards or something?
But when i'm in hospital 24/7 because a high level somehow always hit me in groin or the head for 1,000+ damage it can be quite hard.

Na. I spent the time as a low level getting attacked over and over and took time/effort to get myself up here. I attack who I please. You can too without needing some artificial protection.
No. We all get beat up by people stronger (and higher in level) than us, that part of life in a crime game. If you don't want to be mugged, don't make yourself a target. If you don't want to be used as filler, well, there's always farmville. Or bust your ass in training and work towards a good faction.
The points made about level holders stand on their own, as they would be damn near invincible in warring.
