I have the 25th hit in a faction chain, and I have 115 attacks. I don't have merits or awards for either. Any help would be appreciated,

Make another attack and see if that triggers the award, after the attack click home -> awards -> home.
Just to confirm, can you copy and paste the event in the faction attack log of you obtaining the 25th hit and getting a bonus?
Also a screenshot of your attacking honor bars like this http://gyazo.com/0b5af7b9425b6264896e92a271e4a894 would be extremely beneficial.

Another attack did not trigger it or the merit.
I need to know how I find the attack log, have been going through my history, about 1000 items just during that time period

You have Flatline (25th hit).
Your screen print doesn't show the bottom honors, do you have Artic Camo?
