Torn sells beer (from the pub company as well as other places) and there is the casino for baseball and football games
Yes. You are pretty limited in what areas of the game you can participate in at the beginning stages of this game, low level, low age, low cash supply. It can be difficult to spend hours playing around in the city in the beginning, with the limited resources. Stick with it, keep exploring and learning the game, soon more and more areas of the game will open up you, as you level up and as you earn more in game tc play money.
