When you self fed your self at the time you don't realize that you'll come back to the game , so when you come back and many do and still others do go away for ever , but then you're lost with no account, you should be able to get your account back. opinions

Erm, don't self fed then? Unless you're restarting there's no need to, and it's your own fault if you realise you want to come back and play but can't. Just log off.
yeah. if there's ever a chance that you might want to come back, then self fedding clearly isn't what you should do.

Once you get self fedded it's not your account any longer. Isn't that the whole point?

If you self fed you are asked by staff to go read the wiki page telling you that once the process is complete you can not get your account back, you obviously failed to do this.
You are also told that you may not transfers items/properties/money to your new account, including 'gifting' them to friends who will 'gift' them back at a later date, and we all know how well that rule is enforced.
By the sounds of it, you wanted a break and your intention was to retrieve your account at a later date keeping the progress you had gained.
Wow, I didn't even know self fedding was a thing one could do. This makes me think that you had to actually go find out about self fedding. It seems you really didn't ever want to play again and decided that there had to be some way to ensure you never played again. If you just happened to learn about self fedding, it seems as if they give you all of the information to make certain you understand that you are basically giving up that character and losing any right to use it anymore. Either of those options seem pretty final. you should have been aware of what you were doing at the time of doing it. You are allowed to regret your decision but to say that the policy should be changed seems silly. Sorry for your loss.
I never understood why people who put so much time into something & then they can self destruct it. If i never logged in again, I would still equip dual hams & my stock of epi or sera , put all my $$ on me & would still want people to be able to attack my acct. That's just me personally though. I hate to see anything go to waste.
If you weren't restarting then in my opinion you're getting what you deserve for wasting staff time and being a drama queen to get yourself deleted rather than just logging out as others have mentioned... You're told when restarting even that its final and there is no going back and you even have to confirm that you understand that...
Restarting worked for you, but then again you didn't self fed your multi with the ID that is 148746 below your current one.

You are told before a self fedding that there is no going back, so basically if you continue you make a kind of contract. If a staff member takes the time to self fed you, because you ask, why the hell should another staff member have to undo that?
