Mail a secretary that's online, they will take you through the process.

You can not get this account back if you do that, however, ever.

Unless you are going to restart there is no point in deleting your account, best option would be to fly somewhere and logout, after 24 hours you will be safe from mugging, I say this just in case in a few weeks or months time you may start to think *I wonder how torn is doing, I wonder what changes there have been, I feel like maybe playing it again*, if you get your account deleted that's it there's no going back and then you would need to start again and then you could end up always feeling like you shouldn't of got your account deleted.

Of course if you really have your heart set on deleting all the work you've done then there are several ways to do so, as Cartman said you could mail a secretary, you could also post your login details on the forums and you could also post porn all over the forums as well if you really feel like it, all of which will result in your account being permanently deleted, if you do decide this is what you want then I'd suggest sending all your shit to a friend or something otherwise it will all just go to waste but honestly just fly and logout, if you decide to come back you won't have lost everything.
