It changes with the start of each new season, it's automatic like how the 'Torn' banner in the top left changes at certain days... It's Winter Solstice today so Torn is now in winter mode until the spring.

It's beginning to look a lot like Winter! Looks like we might get a white Christmas! The news caster mentioned that rain is happening on Christmas Day... I live in California... it's been really cold... very low 40s.... perhaps we will get lucky and it will dip down a little bit lower and give us a real white Christmas!
Maybe that picture was the "fun" that was suppose to happen this month.
