I've been having problems with chat too. The boxes are there and I can see and receive messages but I cant send any. Talked to staff about this, was told to clear my browser cookies and cache, restart the browser, try another one etc. still didn't work. It's happened to me thrice now. It started working again after about an hour the first two times but its been over four hours now and I'm still facing this issue.

Should be fixed now
I'm still having issues with chat tabs not sending whats sent. I refresh the page and notice nothing has been entered. So i try again after refreshing and it works.
