They have other duties too you know
Make another account tell staff you have two accounts = instant account ban/reset
just joking don't make two accounts. I'm sure if you waited a staff member with the right access would of been able to help. The staff here are extremely busy you just have to have patience

You would probably find this account has more benefits to it than restarting... Given the fact that you never played the amount of refills you would have built up from inactivity would be of greater benefit than any smaller amount of perks you'd get as a new starter.
After how many days of inactivity do they get given a free refill?
