Where did you come up with 100k/train? Thats about $1000 per work stat gained, a hefty price for a new player.
I seem to remember that's the average value people use to sell their trains for, which obviously is a lot, which it should be, because you have to put alll your trains in one person.
I'm asking more so, as a company director, how much do you think this service should cost to another person?
Is this possible? Assuming they have the funds, this would break the HoF for work stats.
I doubt it would have a massive impact, as most directors are unwilling to sell trains. Selling trains makes it difficult to keep good employees, many will leave if they don't get compensated in some way.
You would have to pay your employees more to deal with not getting trains, plus the wages of three additional trainers. With so many employee slots dedicated to training one person, your company may not stay at 10* for the entire 200 days. Very interesting idea, the fee would have to be astronomical.
My employees are fine with the idea
Most oil rigs that are 10* have about 21-24 people. I will have 26 + 3 for trains+ 1 for paying training
Buying trains has always been possible, at the very least I started buying them prior to the company change when 5 star's had 0 employees which was great for directors who abused them for vaults, I think most never cared to go through the effort of clicking 5 times for an easy 450k or so.
Although I still think anyone who wants a end game job should pay for stats given the luxury to do so, unless they can afford/spoonfed owning a 10* Rig/ TV Network in a shorter time frame since the time you save is usually greater than 1 year.
Also the HoF for work stats has always been broken, it's even worse than HoF for battlestats since inactives can always gain work stats when in TC jobs...
The only point to raising your work stats beyond the requirements of a company is if you are lazy, prone to go inactive, and/or use drugs and don't want to bother with rehab so often. Other than that its a complete waste of time/money to buy more trains unless you think another stat requirement bump is in the works soon.
@OP since what you're trying to do is a bit harder to do so in an Oil Rig(because of the competition), anyone who has the luxury to do so in a 10* rig should be paying a bit more than 100k/train and/or $0 Wage and should easily be able to afford to do so as the 50% banking perk is obscene. Although I do question how difficult it may be to maintain 10* versus a rig with 21 workers, I always thought it just was easier to make money without going through the hassle of running a work stat charity for those that own either a Rig or TV network, hopefully you've done the math...
Also you are overestimating the stat gains over 210 days as early on passive stat gain is based on efficiency. So for example someone with 0 work stats will only only gain the full passive daily gain for about 37 days if they only stayed in your company for 210 days. Your talking about less than 10,000 stats gain from passive gain, but its still significant enough worth mentioning in my opinion.
You also forgot to include the 3 days new employees cannot be trained for which means you can stack 20 trains for that 4th day but will lose or have to use that extra 19-32 trains on someone else.
Dude ive beein doing this a year ago.
But as everyone sais, i realized somethin. You can not have it all. You have to realize that you can not ask your boss for all the trains and not having to explain to them why is 1 guy getting all the trains and 0 pay? so what i have been doing is getting a high manual job in 10 star company and requesting that they pay me with half their trains daily. Was nice while it lasted , until other employees started to ask questions and raise suspicions. So i left to another company and just kept it moving..
