What are the properties that has its own vault?
Vaults are property upgrades and they are available for Palace Castle and PI
and of course not forgetting all the special unique properties
And just in case you didn't know, you can only access the vault if you OWN the property. Renting a property does not give you access.

In short, palace, castle, PI, along with special properties.
The exception to that rule is if you live in a property owned by your spouse who also lives there, and they have activated vault sharing.
