Updated the drug crimes, and it's safe to do at 35 as well. I'm doing them now. Most of the numbers are based on how the wiki and various other resource pages said, if they contradicted each other I looked …

Days it takes to get the various rewards is based on 288 daily nerve bar regeneration, and if you don't miss a single nerve and you use refills etc. you can complete them in a shorter time.

~ Terminology ~
NNB: Natural Nerve Bar
CXP: Crime Experience, CXP bars represents the level of recommendation, higher is better, but you should not go past your NNB (a high recommendation might be impossible to complete unless you meet the NNB recommendation)

Nice guide, well laid out! Is the best strategy to rush 60nnb with arsons and then try to complete these merits to make the most of the large nerve bar? That is of course ignoring the drug merits as those would ruin the 60.
