Why not make a higher education section for those who have finished all the base classes. This would be very long classes but when done it will offer a mastery in weapons, armor, meds, ect... This would give the player a reasonable boost in whatever they have mastered.

so basically a very heavily specialized class that takes a long time to complete, sounds intresting.
more info about what you would be getting would be nice
So a little similar to the merits? A passive gain in stuff like;
- Working stats
- Battle stats
- Weapon proficiency
Say... 2% passive bonus on each? But they take... 6-8 months to complete?
Exactly Amicus. Make the prize at the end be worthwhile the time it takes to finish.
sounds like a great idea to me. i will be through with all the educatins in just a few months.

I have finished my education and I have to say , I miss not being able to go to school and gain a special from it. This would give everyone in education a goal to reach. It would work much like the special gyms only education instead.
I completed finish all my education.
That would make it harder for other players that haven't finished to catch up with others.
But I do agree on one thing, once you're finished, It's pretty sad.
Actually, it would give newer players an incentive to do their education knowing there is something even bigger and better by completing the first education courses. It is kinda like the gyms. There is always a better gym to graduate to. Finishing education is a big feat. People who have dedicated themselves to education deserves a bigger adventure to continue education.
totally agree! it's been ages since the last Education courses were added. it's about time new ones are available, to make a difference for the players that take it easy with drugs and go to classes. I think there's a lot of users who finished all current courses and are waiting for new ones. As well as there's definitely lots of users who don't care about that. It's a way to keep/increase the diversity of ways to play the game. And I think that's great!
It has to happen eventually. It just has to.
Ched will do it. I think it's either just not high on the priority list, or he wants to make sure not to make things too powerful for the older players discouraging new players.
but this can be made so that it provides some start help for new users. some of the new educations courses can speed up some money/job/crime gains and provide another path to follow. i would say it could be made to be encouraging.
on the other hand, there are so many people that are put out because this is not (yet) happening...
