Staff Issue

In response to my locked thread here: https://www.torn.com/forums.php?p=threads&f=19&t=15979339&b=0&a=0 which I cannot reply to - If that's truly Ched's opinion then I'd like to hear it from him. He manages the staff, not Fluffy, right? If that's Ched's answer, fine, but I'd like to hear it from him.

Also, really not sure why my other thread needed to be locked? It was just sitting there with two very calm replies, wasn't hurting anyone, lol... And now we have a second thread as a result, only adding more complication to the matter.

If Ched didn't like Hydr0 and Clansy being married I'm sure he would have not hired them or dealt with it himself, like asking them to divorce, but I think he's quite attached to his nuts.

Not that it's any of your business, in the interests of avoiding any more drama, throwing of toys and further threads I'll pass this on to Ched, to tell you he's ok with them being married [:laughing:]

I'm not looking for his approval for them to be married or for Hydr0 to have testicles... I'm looking for clarification from Ched that he honestly sees no bias or conflict of interest in this situation.

You seem stuck on this "approve" word - which I've never used except to point out your obsession with the word "approve." I'm not looking for Ched's approval of anyone's relationship, gender, or body parts... I'm looking for Ched's clarification on the potential issue of bias and conflict of interest over player management.

Ok. He obviously either thinks there's no issue of bias and conflict of interest over player management OR he thinks there might be but it's his game and he can do what he wants if he feels they're the two best people for the job.

McNeo, I get your point that it could create a conflict of interest.
But it's not your business, or your right to even bring it up.

When I managed a retail store in the real world, I was dating my bakery manager. It was disclosed to all the staff (I don't think any Torn staff are unaware of Hydro and Clansy) and no one had any objections. If a customer came in and told me that it was inappropriate, I'd tell him to get lost.

The only people who are even POSSIBLY affected are paid torn staff. Which you are not. Even if they were affected or concerned by this, the public forum is not the place to bring it up, so you will (obviously) not receive any agreement from any torn staff member.

You're butthurt because you got told no and you're desperate to accuse anyone of anything, regardless of the actual reasoning or underlying issues.
